Weekly Meal Plan Program Subscription Terms And Conditions

For your convenience, Fitness Station can provide delivery of all items in your Customized Meal Plan. This service abides by the following terms and conditions:

1. Getting Started

– Clients are given 6 different Customized Meal Plan choices for a day by the trainer
– Based on client’s number of ‘cheat’ days, the client will be asked to choose a Meal Plan for either 5 or 6 days
– In order to follow the program successfully, the client will be required to pay a deposit amount equivalent to 1 week value of meals according to the estimated caloric intake of the client as per this price table. The deposit amount is credited on the client’s name and is to be used as payments for the meals received by the client from us. This deposit amount is 100% refundable. 2. Receiving Meals

Once the above steps are completed, client is ready to start receiving meals. All the client has to do is:
At least 1 day in advance, send us a message through our official LINE or Facebook, letting us know which Meal Plan you want to have for the following day. You will also be asked your desirable pickup time for your first meal, your breakfast. Regarding pickup time for the following meals, you can tell us later on the next day once you get your first meal of the day.
The client can also choose to pick up all his/her meals of the day at once, or even all the meals of up to 2 days at once (We don’t recommend storing meals in the refrigerator for longer than 2 days).

3. Final Information

– Meal pickup can take place at any time between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM
– In case of delivery, please be minded that we send your meals by Grab or Get bike delivery service. So client is responsible for delivery fee, payable by cash directly to the delivery driver.
– In case of pickup at our gym location, no extra fee applies.
