Group Classes



ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO”. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. The duration of this class is 1 hour.



Focus on concentration, explanation of the poses with modifications, and gazing point are all introduced in this class. This class will help you build flexibility and strength, and leave you feeling centered and calm through stretches and breathing exercises. You do not have to be flexible or in shape to enjoy this class. The duration of this class is 1 hour.



TRX classes use the TRX suspension training system for a full-body workout. With TRX, your body creates the resistance for the resistance exercises. This class is tailored for beginner to intermediate levels. Perfect for those who want a constant 60-minute workout.

Muay Thai

Our Muay Thai class is set in a small group environment suited for beginners with no prior experience. There is an emphasis on developing Muay Thai boxing fundamentals. One can expect to learn and develop proper punching techniques, fundamental footwork, proper posture and stance, and conditioning. The duration of this class is 1 hour.

Body Pump


Not to be confused with Body Pump™, this 60-minute workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. Body Pump focuses on high repetition movements with low weight loads.
